Benefiting Neimann-Pick Research
September 30,2011

Children's Museum of Richmond
You're invited to attend the upcoming benefit event "It Comes In Pink", a fundraiser for the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation for the cure of Niemann-Pick Type C. Our event is being held in honor of a very sweet nine-year-old girl, Ashton Friedl, living in Mechanicsville diagnosed with this terminal disease. Niemann-Pick Type C is a genetic, cholesterol storage disorder that primarily strikes children with death occurring before or during adolescence. It has been referred to as "The Children's Alzheimer's".
Come out, dance to the live beach music presented by King Edward & the BD's, and help us raise money to fight this disease.
The Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a tax ID number of 86-0775966. For more information on the Parseghian Foundation please visit the website http://www.parseghian.org. And we look forward to seeing you on September 30th.
